What other projects are taking place in Leamington Creative Quarter?

Along with the work of Complex Development Projects in partnership with Warwick District Council there are also other developments taking place.

Leamington Town Hall

Leamington Town Hall is a landmark on the Parade and dates back to 1884. It currently features an assembly hall, council chamber and several hireable rooms for small events.

It is proposed to transform the Grade 2 listed building into a new Creative Hub offering a contemporary workspace to attract new and growing businesses that will benefit from association and cross-fertilisation of ideas.

The project team has consulted with stakeholders to explore the demand for workspace space and what services and support would attract budding entrepreneurs. Extensive technical work has also been carried out in developing design concepts.

Planning approval was granted in June 2023. The project is funded by The Future High Streets Fund.
